CIPOS™ Mini 600 V, 6 A three-phase TRENCHSTOP™ RCD2 IGBT based intelligent power module with open emitter in DIP 36x21. It is designed to control three-phase motors in variable speed drive in low and medium power applications for major home appliance, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), as well as industrial fan and drives. Our leading-edge RC-Drives IGBTs, TRENCHSTOP™ RCD2 are combined with a fully-featured SOI gate driver to deliver excellent performance both in cost and power loss
