The S70FL01GSDSBHBC10 is a 1 Gbit stacked SPI Flash memory with dual S25FL512S die for automotive and industrial systems. It supports SPI Multi-I/O with DDR, 32-bit addressing, and operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core supply across -40°C to +125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1). Uniform 256-kbyte sectors, 100,000 program-erase cycles minimum, and 20-year data retention ensure robust performance. MirrorBit® technology enables reliable integration in demanding environments.
