The BGT24LTR22 is a low-power, low-noise multichannel Silicon Germanium transceiver MMIC designed for 24 GHz radar applications. This device provides building blocks for analog signal generation and reception, supporting multiple modulation schemes, including FMCW and Doppler. With its high performance and flexibility, the BGT24LTR22 is well-suited for a variety of radar applications.
