The BGS12PL6 is a general purpose high RF power SPDT switch designed for a broad range of high RF power applications, primarily in the transmit path of GSM, WCDMA, and LTE mobile phones. It features very low insertion loss, high port-to-port isolation, low harmonic generation, and a 0.03 to 4 GHz coverage. Additionally, it offers high ESD robustness and integrates on-chip CMOS logic driven by a single-pin CMOS/TTL compatible control input signal.
