The TLE9872-2QXA40 is a single-chip 3-Phase motor driver integrating an Arm® Cortex®-M3 core, flash memory, analog and mixed-signal peripherals, LIN transceiver, and driving stages. It features two 14-bit sigma-delta ADCs and enables advanced motor control algorithms. With 256 kByte of flash memory, this highly integrated automotive-qualified device provides cost-effective solutions for mechatronic BLDC motor control applications such as wipers.
