Infineon’s portfolio of MOTIX™ multi half-bridge ICs for servo motors comprises H-bridge drivers with an integrated closed loop control circuitry. Infineon's solution for driving stepper motors is capable to drive bipolar stepper motors in half-step mode.

Infineon offers dedicated drivers for DC motors in servo control applications as well as drivers for stepper motors.

  • MOTIX™ multi half-bridge ICs for servo motors

Infineon offers drivers with an integrated closed loop control circuitry. The drivers are optimized for use in head light beam control applications. The types offer over temperature and over current protection as well as over and under voltage lockout.

  • MOTIX™ multi half-bridge ICs for stepper motors

Infineon’s solution for driving stepper motors is capable to drive bipolar stepper motors in half-step mode.

  • Overtemperature protection with hysteresis
  • Over- and under-voltage lockout
  • No crossover current

All types except MOTIX™ TLE4205G offer over temperature and over current protection as well as over and under voltage lockout.
