Our family of half-bridge drivers ranges from 3 to 12 outputs, supporting direct interface or SPI. Drive DC motor loads sequentially in forward, reverse, brake, or high impedance modes. Features include short circuit, power supply failure, and overtemperature detection. Ideal for automotive applications with low quiescent current. Compact PG-TSDSO-14 package ensures excellent thermal performance, saving space and reducing costs.
