The MOTIX™ TLE9180D-31QK is an advanced gate driver IC for controlling 6 N-channel MOSFETs in a high-current 3-phase motor drive for automotive use. It integrates 3 current sense amplifiers for shunt signal conditioning and works with 12 V, 24 V, and 48 V battery voltages. The driver's typ. 2A output current per channel makes it suitable for various applications. ISO 26262-compliant version available upon request.
