The TLE8881TN alternator control IC is a monolithic regulator designed for closed-loop voltage control in 12V automotive multi-phase alternators. It communicates with Engine-Management or Energy-Management ECUs through a standard LIN interface, precisely regulating battery voltage between 10.6V and 16V. The regulator can operate without a communication interface using free-adjustable parameters.

  • 8kV ESD protection for alternator

  • Digital temperature compensation
