The TLE4290 regulates input voltage up to 42V to 5.0V output, driving loads up to 450mA. It has short-circuit protection, integrated over-temperature shutdown, and features an integrated reset and watchdog function, ideal for supplying microprocessor systems in automotive environments. The watchdog and power-on reset delay timing can be programmed using an external delay capacitor.
