The ITS6035S-EP-K is a industrial single channel smart high side switch providing diagnosis capabilities and enhanced protection functions. The device offers an adjustable current limitation to offer higher reliability for protecting the system. The ITS6035S-EP-K is designed to switch resistive, inductive or capacitive loads, like PLC (programmable logic controller with 2 A or more load current) and other automatic industrial application.
