This 780 W interleaved buck-boost converter (REF_780W_IBB_XDPP1100) based on XDPP1100 digital controller achieves > 97% efficiency. An active ZVS circuit transfers Qrr charge from the SR MOSFET to the output capacitor without losses, ensuring ZVS in the control MOSFET. Hardware-based PID compensation enables fast dynamic response, with voltage adjustment via PMBus and 64 kB OTP memory for firmware updates through the I2C protocol.
