The KIT_1EDB_AUX_SiC is a complete driving solution for SiC MOSFETs , including an isolated gate driver IC and its floating auxiliary supply. The isolated auxiliary supply can support unipolar and bipolar driving. Typical voltage levels for SiC are easily configurable by utilizing few resistors.
