The Eval-M3-CM615PN integrates the CIPOS™ Mini IFCM15P60GD, combining a 3-phase inverter stage with a PFC stage based on TRENCHSTOP™ IGBTs. When paired with the iMOTION™ control board EVAL-M3-102T, it forms a potent inverter + PFC system, enabling rapid prototyping of various motor control systems with active PFC.
