The EVAL-6ED2742S01QM1 evaluation kit for Battery Powered Applications (BPA) consists of a three-phase inverter power board with the 160 V rated 6ED2742S01Q (5 x 5 VQFN-32) three phase gate driver driving six 150 V rated OptiMOS™ MOSFETs BSC074N15NS5 (5 x 6 Super SO8). It comes with a M1 connector that is used to interface with iMOTION™ Modular Application Design Kit (MADK) control card – EVAL-M1-101T.
