The EVAL-6ED2231S12TM1 power evaluation board demonstrates CoolSiC™ MOSFET module and SOI gate driver technology for motor drives, featuring the 6ED2231S12T 1200V three-phase gate driver, one EasyPACK™ 1B CoolSiC™ MOSFET 1200V module, a three-phase silicon-on-insulator (SOI) gate driver IC, and the M1 connector for compatibility with control boards such as EVAL-M1-101T.
