The ITS42k5D-LD-F demo board facilitates easy evaluation of the ITS42k5D-LD-F, a 2.5Ω dual channel high-side PMOS power switch. With integrated freewheeling diodes, it's suitable for driving decentralized or inductive loads without external components. The leadless PG-TSON-10 package is ideal for space-constrained applications.
