The TLE8366 series includes voltage options (5.0V and 3.3V) and a variable voltage variant (600 mV reference). Wide input voltage range (4.75V to 45V) suits many applications. Safety features include current limitation, over-temperature shutdown, and input under voltage lockout. Enable function enables efficient power management. Voltage regulation loop ensures excellent regulation. Integrated soft-start prevents voltage overshoot during startup.
