TRAVEO™ T2G CYT4BF Series
Arm® Cortex®-M7F dual core-based CYT4BF series with 8MB flash memory for high performance
Infineon's TRAVEO™ T2G CYT4BF series MCUs redefine automotive body electronics, embedding potent processing and network connectivity through Arm® Cortex®-M7. Ideal for body control modules, HVAC, lighting, they ensure security via HSM, Cortex®-M0+, dual-bank flash for FOTA. Six power modes optimize energy use while memory/pin scalability enhances flexibility.
TRAVEO™ T2G CYT4BF series features a 250 MHz Arm® Cortex®-M7 dual, I/D-cache, 8 MB flash, 256 KB work flash, 1024 KB SRAM, and Arm® Cortex®-M0+ for crypto. Supply range is 2.7 V to 5.5 V. Interface includes up to 10-ch CAN FD, 11-ch SCB, 20-ch LIN-UART, eMMC, SMIF, 10/1000 Ethernet and FlexRay. The inclusion of I2S/TDM with Tx 3ch and Rx 3ch adds to the audio capabilities of these MCUs.
AD converter handles up to 96-ch, with 12-bit resolution and 3x successive approximation ADC (SAR ADC) units for heightened precision. Timers offer motor control, 16-bit TCPWM, and 32-bit TCPWM.
High-speed I/O at 3.3 V in BGA caters to modern needs supported by a secondary 3.3 V I/O operation voltage. Packages range from 176-pin TEQFP, 272-ball BGA, 320-BGA. Our series MCUs redefine automotive body electronics, epitomizing innovation.

Key benefits of the TRAVEO™ T2G CYT4BF series
The TRAVEO™ T2G CYT4BF family features a dedicated best-in-class standby mode controller, with its own voltage domain to, not only support low power modes, but also to perform certain operations such as analog measurements, CAN and LIN communications, RTC and basic processing while the rest of microcontroller is in standby.
Safety is the core know-how of Infineon, and all products provide safety mechanism (including MBIST, ECC Flash/RAM, CRC) to ensure a safety platform supporting ASIL-B ISO 26262. State-of-the-art security with Secure Boot support by a dedicated Arm® Cortex-M0+ core and security hardware to accelerate cryptographic functions. The TRAVEO™ T2G CYT4BF series has dual cores providing up to 1500 DMIPS in ASIL-B.
In terms of security, this product has an HSM compliant eVita full, ensuring the implementation of future proofed security measure. On top of this, it offers extensive connectivity with 10 CAN FD, 20 LINs, 11-ch SCB, QSPI and new high-speed communicating interfaces such as up to 2 x 1GB Ethernet, 1 channel eMMC, Flexray which are critical to address new domain control and connected gateway ECUs.
