RF MOSFETs and active bias controllers

Infineon's RF MOSFET active bias controllers

anchor

Overview

Infineon's active bias controllers stabilize the bias current for NPN transistors and FETs even at low battery voltage and low voltage drop. The controllers come in a small SOT 343 package. Infineon also offers MOSFETs that are either fully biased or fully integrated, semi-biased or partly integrated, and non-biased or not integrated. They offer best-in-class noise figure and gain, excellent cross-modulation, and robust ESD protection.

Key Features

  • Best-in-class noise figure
  • Excellent cross-modulation
  • Robust ESD protection
  • High gain

About

Infineon offers active bias controllers stabilizing the bias current for NPN transistors and FETs. They have stable bias current supply even at low battery voltage, and low voltage drop. The controllers come in a small SOT 343 package. Infineon also offers MOSFETs that are either fully-biased/fully integrated, semi-biased/partly integrated, and non-biased/not integrated. They offer best-in-class noise figure and gain, excellent cross-modulation, and robust ESD protection via an on-chip gate protection diode.

The active controller comes in SOT 343 package while the RF MOSFET come in various leaded packages.

Active bias controller for various applications like cellular and cordless phones, DECT, WLAN, PHS, and RF modems. The controllers are stabilizing the bias current for NPN transistors and FETs.
