The TLE9954QSW40-33, System-in-Package, combines the TLE9954EQW40 with 6 OptiMOS™ 7 MOSFETs, delivering a compact, highly integrated solution for automotive BLDC pumps and seats. It offers 40% space savings, enhanced EMC performance, and enables very fast switching rate compared to discrete solutions—all without compromising EMC. Ideal for BLDC automotive applications up to 150W, it ensures efficiency and reliability in a custom-made QFN package.
