About

Due to its integrated MCU, the PSOC™ 4 HVPA-SPM 1.0 can function as a gateway and communicate via a standardized CAN interface to zonal ECUs with iso-CAN transceivers, while communication with daisy-chained BMS cell monitoring ICs happens via Iso UART. This allows customers to reuse existing AUTOSAR MCAL CAN software stacks and eliminates the need for an additional MCU in the battery junction box.

High-precision analog performance offering current, voltage and temperature measurement channels with delta-sigma ADCs (16-bit resolution at 8ksps, 20-bit resolution at 1ksps). ASIL-D compliance for the AFE as per ISO 26262

PSOC™ 4 HVPA-SPM 1.0 consists of an Arm Cortex-M0+ CPU with 128KB code flash, 16KB data flash, 8KB SRAM, precision analog sub-system with delta sigma ADCs, digital sub-system, high voltage sub-system with LDO and iso UART with integrated transceiver, CAN FD, Crypto.
