MOTIX™ TLE9189QVW gate driver IC for BLDC motors has a conventional motor control concept via PWM input and 3 integrated current sense amplifiers for accurate current measurement with a precise configurable reference voltage (3.3 V/5 V). The adaptive MOSFET control feature helps improve EMC performance, achieve target switching time and reduce power losses. The supply voltage range (4,2 V to 36 V) is optimized for automotive 12 V battery systems.
