The IC regulates input voltage VI (2.7V ≤ VI ≤ 18V) to adjustable output voltage (0.8V-5.25V or fixed with ±2% precision). TLS208D1EJV33 suits applications with pre-regulator connections. Available in PG-DSO-8 (Exposed Pad) and TSON-10 packages. Features: enable, adjustable reset threshold. Protected against overload, short circuit, over-temperature. Input capacitor CI compensates line influences. Output capacitor CQ ensures stability.
