The TLS105B0MB is an automotive IC for supplying off-board systems, like sensors in powertrain management. It features reverse polarity and short circuit protection. With a supply voltage up to 40V and output current up to 50mA, the output voltage accurately tracks the reference voltage at the EN/ADJ input, with a minimum requirement of 2.0V.
