The AEC-Q100 qualified TLF12505 integrated power stage is member of the OPTIREG™ multiphase product family and is optimized to fit to requirements derived from the automotive segment by utilizing a new unique package for improved thermal-cycle and long-term reliability and robustness. The input voltage range is extended to 20 V, enabling connection to 12 V power net of an EV without pre-regulator.
