The MOTIX™ TLE9881-2QTW60 is a fully integrated 2-Phase motor driver with an Arm® Cortex®-M3 core, flash memory, analog and mixed-signal peripherals, a CAN transceiver, and driving stages on a single die. This compact chip features two 14-bit sigma-delta ADCs. The device is designed to address a wide range of automotive DC motor control applications, such as coolant pumps.
