The MOTIX™ TLE9183QK is a gate driver IC dedicated to control 6 external N-channel MOSFETs for BLDC motor drive automotive applications.Three integrated current sense amplifiers for shunt signal conditioning are integrated. Thanks to the powerful driver stage with typ. 2 A output current per channel, the 3-phase gate driver is ideally suited for 12V safety related applications. This device is developed according to ISO26262 ASIL-D workflow.
