The TLE7250GVIO drives signals to the CAN bus, ensuring low electromagnetic emission and excellent passive behavior. With Infineon Smart Power Technology SPT, it provides ESD and electromagnetic immunity, making it ideal for mixed supply CAN networks. AEC qualified and tailored for the Automotive Environment, it's the optimal choice for large CAN networks.
