Introducing the TLE7250GVIO, driving signals to the CAN bus and safeguarding the microcontroller from interferences. With low electromagnetic emission and excellent passive behavior, it's ideal for mixed supply CAN networks. Leveraging Infineon Smart Power Technology SPT, it provides ESD and electromagnetic immunity, AEC qualification, and durability for the Automotive Environment. Featuring two operating modes and optimized output slew rates.
