The TLE496x-xM is an integrated Hall effect sensor designed for high-precision automotive and industrial applications operating at 5 V. It offers a cost-effective solution for position sensing applications with a need for high temperature stability of the magnetic threshold. Ideal for precision Hall latch or switch applications, it supports an operating temperature range from -40°C to 170°C.
