ICE5BR2280BZ: highly integrated current-mode controller with 800V CoolMOS™ MOSFET. Supports isolated/non-isolated topologies (flyback/buck) for power supply. Integrated error amplifier for direct feedback. Wide input voltage range, optimized snubber circuitry for efficiency. DIP-7 package with protection features, frequency jittering, frequency reduction, and active burst mode for enhanced performance.

  • 65 kHz maximum switching frequency with integrated 800 V superjunction MOSFET
  • Integrated error amplifier to support direct feedback typical for non-isolated topologies
  • Supports both isolated and non-isolated flyback topology up to an output power of 22 W
  • Supports non-isolated buck topology up to 700 mA output current
  • Auto-restart for all protection features
