CYPD7173-39BFXQT is the tape and reel packing option of Infineon’s highly integrated single-port USB-C power delivery (PD) solution with the integrated DC-DC controller. It features a buck-boost controller, 2 switching FETs, and a 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M0 processor. It's highly programmable, with 128 KB flash, 16 KB RAM, and 32 KB ROM. It is ideal for dock charging downstream port due to its back-to-back VBUS safe switch control
