The MOTIX™ BTM9011EP full-bridge IC provides a cost optimized solution for easy design in. The supply voltage of the device is at 7 V to 18 V. It suits automotive applications with limitation of minimum 10 A and covers PWM frequency of up to 20 kHz. BTM9011EP stands out due to its small (4,9 x 6,0mm) package with exposed pad leading to enhanced thermal conductivity. It features current sense for both, high side and low side.
