Infineon's Low-Side Switch Shield has three independent power channels controlled by BTF3050TE low-side switches. It's compatible with Arduino-based microcontroller boards and supports fast prototyping. The BTF3050TE is a high-integrated switch for driving resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads up to 3 A. It includes protection features and is optimized for 12 V automotive and industrial applications.
