The KIT_AURIX_TC224_TFT includes the TC22xL MCU derivate, offering a 32-bit scalar TriCoreTM CPU running at up to 133 MHz within the full automotive temperature range. It provides up to 1MB Flash and 96KB RAM and features an LCD XGA Display (320x240), Mini SD card slot, SPI Real-Time Clock with alarm, micro USB debug/flash connector, LIN Transceiver, high-speed CAN Transceiver, and various other features for versatile development.
