This evaluation board features the wide input voltage range digital hot-swap controller XDP™ XDP711-001 to provide a controlled turn-on of the FETs to reduce the inrush current on capacitive load. In conjunction with the module EVAL_XDP7xx_FET_BRD_mTOLL, it allows for testing the turn-on behavior of one or multiple (parallel) N-channel MOSFETs. This FET board is exchangeable by other FET boards to evaluate other MOSFET packages.
