The EVAL_MTR_48V150A_GaN is an evaluation board for FOC motor drive applications, including eight CoolGaN™ Transistors 80 V G3 in parallel. For each side of the half-bridge configuration, the EiceDRIVER™ gate drive IC 1EDN7116U is used. In addition, three in-phase current sensors using the XENSIV™ TLE4972 magnetic current sensors provide accurate phase current measurements at any switching frequency.
