The EVAL-M7-HVIGBT-PFCINV1 is an MADK platform power board. It implements a three phase inverter plus a power factor correction (PFC) running in CCM mode with a PWM rate up to 40kHz. The inverter is using the latest generation of TRENCHSTOP™ reverse conduction IGBTs while the PFC is based on a high speed TRENCHSTOP™ 5 IGBT. In combination with the matching control board the power board targets motor systems like fans, pumps and compressors.
