The Controller Area Network (CAN) controller implements the CAN2.0A and CAN2.0B specifications as defined in the Bosch specification and conforms to the ISO-11898-1 standard.
This device features CAN2.0A and CAN2.0B protocol support, ISO 11898-1 compliance, 11-bit/29-bit ID, up to 1 Mbps bit rate, 16 receive mailboxes, 8 transmit mailboxes, and flexible interface options.
