The TLE6251-2G is designed for passive behavior in Power Down for mixed power supply HS-CAN networks. It offers low quiescent current in Sleep mode and minimizes electromagnetic emission. Integrated in a RoHS compliant PG-DSO-14 package, it meets ISO11898-5 requirements and provides industry-leading ESD robustness and high electromagnetic immunity for automotive conditions.
