The ITS4130Q-EP-D is a flexible, compact device with four channels delivering high currents. It has low RDS(ON) values and efficient heat transfer. Designed for harsh industrial environments, it switches various loads with robust protection features. Diagnostic information is accessible through the STATUS output (ST). The device can be controlled with four separate input pins, compatible with optocouplers.
