Overview

The CY9BFx6xM/N/R series consists of a maximum of 160 MHz Arm® Cortex®-M4F MCU with 1 MB + 32 KB of flash memory and 64 KB of SRAM, and peripheral functions such as DSTC (Scatter-Gather DMA), CAN, USB, SD Card I/F, external bus I/F, various timers, 12-bit ADCs, 12-bit DACs, and communication interfaces (UART, CSIO, I2C, LIN).
