The TLE9471ES is a versatile monolithic integrated circuit designed for automotive CAN applications. It features a 5V low dropout voltage regulator, HS-CAN transceiver, high-voltage GPIO, and SPI interface. It offers configurable watchdog circuit, undervoltage reset, and low-power modes for battery-powered systems. Wake-up can be triggered via message, monitoring input, or cyclic wake.
