The TLE6368G2 powers 32-bit microcontroller systems with 5V, 3.3V, and 2.6V rails, as well as external sensor regulators. It integrates a Buck converter, linear regulator, and tracker block for minimal power dissipation, providing pre-regulated 5.5V and post-regulated 5V, 3.3V, and 2.6V outputs. The device includes voltage trackers, undervoltage detection circuits, a SPI-triggered window watchdog, and a standby mode for energy saving.
