The EVAL-1ED3890MX12M, designed in a half-bridge configuration, utilizes two gate driver ICs (1ED3890MX12M) for driving IGBTs, MOSFETs, and SiC MOSFETs with a flexible switch type. It is sized at 85 x 85 x 15 mm and is ideal for leveraging the feature-rich X3 Digital (1ED38xx) family. Configuration is performed via the I2C bus, and it is recommended to use it with the EVAL-1ED38X0DCT microcontroller evaluation board for optimized configuration.
