The IRHM7260 R4 MOSFET, built with IR HiRel rad hard HEXFET technology, is a single N-channel device that can handle up to 200V and 35A. Its electrical performance of up to 100krad(Si) TID makes it ideal for space applications. With low RDS(on) and gate charge, power losses are minimized in DC-DC converters and motor control. This COTS device comes in a hermetic TO-254AA package.
