CYPD7194, CYPD7195, and CYPD7196 in the EZ-PD™ CCG7S family are highly integrated USB Type-C Power Delivery solutions for automotive applications. It features a buck-boost controller, 4 switching FETs, and a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M0 processor. It's highly programmable, with 128 KB flash, 16 KB RAM, and 32 KB ROM. It is ideal for head unit (HU) and rear seat chargers (RSC), and for rear seat entertainment (RSE).
Integration offered by the new parts in the EZ-PD™ CCG7S family not only reduces the BOM but also provides a footprint-optimized solution for automotive charging needs.
