The TLE8251VSJ interfaces the physical bus layer and the CAN protocol controller, ensuring low EME, supporting 2 MBit/s data rates, and offering a stand-by mode. With excellent ESD immunity, it's suitable for mixed supply HS CAN networks, AEC qualified for automotive environments, and compliant with ISO11898-2, designed for CAN FD requirements, and ideal for large HS CAN networks.
