TLE5109A16D E2210 - Adding the AMR-based TLE5109 family to existing GMR TLE5009 and also TLE5309 products, design-in flexibility is granted. Having the same footprint and interfaces you have the option to start designs with one product family – and easily change from one to the other product family, available as single/dual die versions, at two different supply voltage options, ISO 26262-ready, targeting ASIL D for dual die sensors. Perfect fit for both automotive or industrial safety applications.
